It’s nice to have artsy friends ;-) . Katie and our favorite model came by today to try out some concept fantasy make up in anticipation of the .emme. boudoir sweetheart mini sessions coming up this weekend (a few spaces left on Sunday, by the way). It was a bit chilly, but our fearless model was such a champ. And Katie’s make up was just stunning!!! To all of our .emme. girls that are coming out for their mini sessions this weekend: definitely be thinking of the kind of “style” you want to portray in your shoot. If you have found make up or hair ideas online or on Pinterest, let’s talk and work with Katie to come up with the perfect look for you!

News for Austin .emme. boudoir: We now offer a unique flat-rate pricing structure which includes a professional make-up artist, the images on CD, and a studio option so you don’t have to find your own session location. We have just a few openings in September and some the first week of December so you can have your images in time for the holidays. Or, plan your Valentine’s Day gift NOW and book later in December or early January. Another benefit of scheduling your Austin session during the warmer months? Underwater photography at the studio!!! The wonderful thing about having a studio + land to do boudoir photography is that we have the ability to work indoors and out…especially during the lovely spring weather in Austin. [Amazing make-up by our wonderful friend Katie at Modern Muse Makeup Artistry. If you are having boudoir portraits taken it's always a wonderful idea to have your makeup professionally done to give you the perfect kind of coverage, but also, just enough va-va-voom to shine through in your images.]

We know it’s been quiet around here, but there are still things going on behind-the-scenes for .emme. boudoir. Just finished up a beautiful session for J tonight as part of her surprise weekend getaway for her hubby. He is going to be so surprised!!! (In fact, I believe she is the only one of our .emme. ladies who has managed to keep her session a secret. Well done!
